Questions about prices
Is it free to try?
Yes. Your dashboard, deadlines and the deposit protection check are free, and so is the first room of each check. You don’t need a card.
When do I pay?
Only when you choose to unlock a pack, and only once: there’s no subscription. The check-out pack is £29 before the inspection and £39 once you have the checkout report or a deduction claim. You see the price before you pay.
Is the check-in pack taken off the check-out pack?
No. They cover different stages, so the £9 you pay at move-in isn’t taken off the check-out pack later.
What does money back mean?
If you buy the check-out pack for £39 once you have a deduction claim, and your landlord still keeps everything they claimed when you bought it, we refund the £39. It doesn’t apply to a pack you bought before the claim.
Can I pay by Apple Pay or Google Pay?
Yes. You can pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Stripe takes the payment, and we never see your card details.
